How to Ask Empowering Questions
A lot times in sessions, I'm reframing a client's question into an empowering question so that we can receive a more in depth and nuanced answer. This is a skill that separates a vague response from a useful one.
Opening & Closing Prayer

Terrestrial & Celestial Breath
Feel yourself as the bridge between Heaven and Earth. This is one of my favorite breathing techniques. It connects you to Mother Earth and to the Cosmos and recognizes you as a Divine Bridge between the two. This is a wonderful practice for getting into the Records or just sitting inside your Records and basking in the Light.
Using Your Voice in the Records
Turn your voice into the most powerful tool you have within the Records. I'm a huge proponent for using your voice out loud because its vibration literally affects your immediate environment. Using your voice within your Records is pure alchemy.
Opening the Records in Nature
Let your practice become deeply connective and alive. Being in nature while in your Records can feel deeply connective. Don't be surprised if you start having a conversation with a tree or plant nearby!
Automatic Writing in the Records
Your writing practice turns into communication with other versions of yourself, other times, dimensions and space. Sometimes I'll open my Records before writing fiction and allow characters to speak through me. The options are endless.
