I am no stranger to the power of women.
I have been surrounded by women my entire life. I'm the oldest of 5 and have 3 sisters. I also played basketball from the time I was 10 until the end of college and I kept playing years after that. The girls on my basketball teams all held me and supported me during the darkest of days and I did the same for them. It came naturally to us. Even during a rough patch, as soon as it was game time, the camaraderie was there as if it never left -- because it hadn't ever left.
In college, our coach asked a player who she'd choose on our team to go to war with her and without hesitation, the first name she said was: Renahy.
I know how to support women. I've been through my fair share of difficult relationships (with myself and others) and I have spent many, many years releasing those old patterns and stories so that I can finally say that I stand in my body with reverence and love. I wish that for everyone, especially every woman. You deserve that.
