Before the Session

You'll receive an e-mail with any instructions or forms for you to submit questions (session dependent).

During the Session

I'll guide you through a short grounding meditation before opening your Akashic Records. This is where we talk, you can ask questions and we receive messages from your guides. 

After the Session

You will receive an e-mail with the session recording along with a summary and any action items given by your guides.
